John was born and raised in a farming community near Springfield, ON. The last 35 years of operating the family farming business have given John the opportunity to diversify into various commodities of agricultural business ranging from the red meat industry to cash grain market to top soil, operating on approximately 2,000 acres.
John has acquired a vast knowledge of agriculture with national and international
exposure. In light of the global shift to renewable energy and carbon dioxide reduction, John is joining the effort with a focus on agri-crops developed specifically for biomass as a source of heat and electrical energy.
John is in leadership and teaching positions at his local church, holds an executive position with Gideons International, and regularly participates in international missions.
